This page indexes all the brainwave sessions I recorded and analyzed.
I started this journal because I wanted to know, how does brainwave entrainment work in my brain, exactly?
The problem is that I am not a neuroscientist, so I had to develop an understanding of how my brainwaves behave in regular circumstances, to be able to contrast them when listening to isochronic tones, binaural beats, and audiovisual entrainment tracks.
Long story, short — yes, brainwave entrainment tracks affect my brain waves in ways that are not observed in normal circumstances.
